KKP Bhadli Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to the KKP Bhadli mobile application and related services (including kkpbhadli.in) operated for the KKP Bhadli community. We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

KKP Bhadli strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, possession, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or any other content or conduct that endangers children.

Any user who violates this standard may have their content removed and their account restricted or permanently banned. We may also report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), whether real or fictional
CSAM in any form (images, video, text, links, or other media)
Attempts to exploit, groom, solicit, or endanger children through the app or website
Sharing personal information of minors for exploitative purposes

3. Reporting and user feedback

Users can report child-safety concerns, abusive content, or other issues through the in-app Contact Us / feedback options in KKP Bhadli, the website Contact Us page, or by emailing our child safety contact below.

We review reports in good faith and take action consistent with these standards and applicable law.

4. How we address CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE-related content on KKP Bhadli, we will:

Remove or disable access to the content as promptly as possible
Restrict or terminate accounts involved where appropriate
Preserve necessary records as required by law and cooperate with lawful investigations
Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority (for India, this may include cybercrime / law-enforcement channels as required)

5. Compliance with child safety laws

KKP Bhadli aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations relevant to our services, including obligations related to the handling and reporting of CSAM.
